Group Coaching

While some people prefer one-on-one individual coaching, there are situations where Group Coaching works even better.

In Group Coaching, groups are self-directed. Each group sets its own agenda and standards. It requires courage, respect, truthfulness, open-mindedness, and communication. The strength of the group is based on trust and commitment.

Group Coaching can be applied successfully in both Leadership Coaching and Business Coaching scenarios.
